When you join Photomax™ and/or Maxcast™, we collect your name, email address. On some Photomax™ and/or Maxcast™ webpages you can order products, make requests and register to receive materials. Company may sometimes conduct surveys or contests. If you answer a survey or enter a contest, you may be asked for additional information. Correct/Update

Company Sites allow for users to provide both online and personally identifiable offline contact information from children without prior parental consent or parental notification. This site gives children the ability to publicly post or distribute personally identifiable contact information without prior parental consent. Parents can request to review or delete their child's personal information by contacting Company directly at support@photomax.com.

Choice/Opt-Out

We provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from Company and our partners via an unsubscribe mechanism in all email communication.
