Diane Mudd, President Dianne Mudd, Real Estate Broker and President of M & D Realty. Specializing in new homes and residential lots in Port. St. Lucie, and from Palm Bay to Palm Beach and West Palm Beach.

Diane Mudd is President and Real Estate Broker for M&D Realty, PA. She has held a broker’s license since 2003 in Florida and a Tennessee real estate license in Tennessee. In 2001 Diane became head of sales for a premier builder in Port St. Luce, Fl. She increased their sales from under fifty homes to over 150 yearly . Working closely with customers, Diane assisted them from the selection of their home to upgrades and redesigning floor plans to meet buyer’s needs to the selection of lots and assisting in the financing process.

With this experience Diane started M&D Realty, PA in 2003. Diane is a member of many real estate boards throughout Florida allowing her to keep a “pulse on different area’s real estate markets.”
From major builders to individuals they have recognized and relied on Diane’s experience and knowledge of new home construction and vacant land. When it comes to new home construction , Diane works closely with her clients in providing quality builders that have a good standard feature package, fair prices for upgrades and redesign, and assisting with the house contract that looks out for the buyer’s interest and the purchase of lots. “Many clients ask what does this cost me? I tell them the builder or seller of the lot pays my commission therefore there is no fee from the buyer. I also advise my clients to allow me to be involved from the beginning so that all their building requirements are met.” says Diane. With lots, Diane studies environmental issues and building requirements.

When it comes to investors, Diane recommends diversity in both lots and home/lot packages and different areas of Florida. This will allow clients to see returns in different parts of the state as areas see expansion and economic growth.

Diane has achieved an excellent reputation throughout Florida. Her business is not only based on new customers but a majority of repeat or referral customers due to clients reaching their real estate goals and objectives.


Bill Moran

Bill Moran, a Florida resident for 20 years. He holds a BA from Michigan State University in Marketing and a MBA from the University of Miami.. Bill is a licensed inactive realtor in Florida. Bill has an extensive background in banking and financing; and works as a Mortgage Originator for CTX Mortgage and is full partner in M&D Realty. He is in charge of the daily operations of M&D Realty and works closely with Diane on all sales and real estate programs.

Before starting M&D Realty with Diane and working as a mortgage agent, Bill helped Diane increase sales for a major builder in Port St. Lucie from under 50 homes per year to over 150 homes a year by counseling clients regarding their mortgage and real estate needs.
